This article outlines the setup process to connect Commissions and Skyslope accounts.
Navigate to Setup > Company Profile > Integration
In the MLS/TMS Statuses section select the statuses for import or Add/Delete ones as needed.
Once the preferred statuses are selected close and relaunch the Commissions application for the new configuration to take effect.
Please note: Active = Listings and there is no logic to filter out “Expired” transactions, the Commissions application will import whatever transaction statuses are provided by Skyslope.
Importing from Skyslope
Select MLS/TMS Sync on the left sidebar
Modified Since date will display the date that you last performed the sync and reflects transactions modified as of that date.
A list of transactions will be presented for import: select as needed or Select All
A confirmation notification will appear confirming the import was successful. Note: Commissions will import Sales Associates attached to the transaction as long as their email address matches in both applications.
The sync is currently set every 3 hours.
Below are the data to data fields synced based on Skyslope’s API:
Transaction Side (side represented; Buying, Selling or Dual Ended)
Listing or Sale Price (Selling/Leased Price)
Acceptance Date (Effective Date)
Office Gross Commission
Referral Name (first and last)
Referral Flat Amount OR Percentage
Lead Source (Source of Business)
Lease Transactions; 1 Landlord and 2 Tenants
** Transaction Resources with mandatory fields such as an address for the Brokerage, will display N/A (Not Applicable) in the mandatory fields.
Note: If there are two transactions with the same MLS number (one representing the Selling side and the other representing the Buying side), Commissions first maps to the MLS number for a previously imported transaction. If there are two new transactions with same MLS number, only one transaction will be imported as new transaction. The second new transaction will update the first one because of same MLS number.
