  • E-mailing now enabled! You can now email Transaction specific documents (i.e. Transaction Record Sheets, Agent Commission Statements, Check Stub Reports, etc)
  • Gross Volume commission calculation added: Agent GCI divided by percentage (%)
  • Enhanced Search query to support searching by Address or Transaction Number ONLY
  • Enhanced Utilities to allow editing City field when additional space existed
  • Enhanced Sales Tax automation with QuickBooks Online
  • Enhanced Security to all menus and sub-menus via Access Maintenance



  • Report “Transaction with Contacts” added to include various Contacts
  • Report “Title/Escrow” added to include Escrow Number and Escrow Officer Name
  • Report “D1 TRS” enhanced to include Transaction type and Contacts
  • Fixed issue on “Transaction/Commission/Fee/Sales” report when Award allocation included and “Include Conditionals” selection set as default

  • Skyslope integration enhanced to import Sale Price vs. Listing Price
  • The “Does Business As” field from quick!Office Commander has been enhanced to import Agents’ name
