Reconnecting Emphasys Back Office to QuickBooks® Online

This article highlights the steps required to reconnect the Back Office system to QuickBooks® Online.

Launch Back Office and log into the company connected to the QuickBooks® Online account. ONLY the Admin account can re-establish the connection.

Navigate to Company Profile

Select the GL Accounts tab

Ensure the QuickBooks Online is selected under the Accounting system dropdown menu

Select Verify Accounts

Back Office will scan against Intuit’s authentication system and confirm once the connection is restored.

    will you please send the Account numbers that Emphasys uses so we can have the accounts set up in QuickBooks Online for a clean conversion from QuickBooks Destktop to QuickBooks Online?
