Summer 2018 Release – Back Office V5.0

We’re excited to announce the latest release, version 5.0! The goal was to create an improved user experience for new and existing Emphasys customers as well as:

  • Modernize system look and feel
  • Improve the user experience by consolidating same-type functionality
  • Streamline the navigation


System Redesign

  • New left panel menu for frequently used items
  • Advanced Search accessed by selecting the magnifying glass icon
  • Open/Closed/Void filter relocated within Advanced Search


Main Screen

  • Consolidated tabs: selecting the ‘+’ icon reveals collapsed tabs
  • Custom fields (User Trade Codes) relocated to Custom tab
  • Conditions now displayed in popup: can be minimized and system will recognize preset


System icons

Action buttons replaced by standard icons:


Menu items consolidated from 10 to 7 and items reorganized for simplification.

  • Reports now sorted alphabetically
  • Dedicated folder for all Agent related reports
  • New Integrations menu item for third party integrations
