Navigate to Agents in the left panel menu; Franchise ID is located under Additional Details:

Generating Report

Navigate to Reports > Franchise Reports > Century 21 (Canada) Report

Select the starting and ending dates as needed

The generated reports cannot be modified and will be saved in an Excel format to the system’s default directory. The folder and the report files should not be renamed or deleted. This is extremely important as you will be unable to generate the same report again once transactions have been reported. If you want to re-generate one report, you will need to choose exactly the same date range. Please note that transactions reported in previous reports will not be re-generated again.
