Setup / Disbursement Rules

Disbursement Rules are used when a Brokerage is required to provide written direction to an Attorney or Title Company to pay commissions directly to Internal Agent, Other Brokerage, Referral, etc.

To create a new rule, select NEW icon (circle +) and enter a Rule Name that describes what the rule represents. For example, if the Attorney or Title Company disburses commission to all options selected, you could name the rule “Title Pays All”.  You can create as many rules as you require that can be changed on a transaction to transaction basis as required.

Please note that the following fields cannot be edited since these amounts should be included with an Agent and/or Brokerage check/cheque; Agent Expense Recovered, Agent Withhold, Brokerage Advance and Brokerage Commission.

A single Disbursement Rule can be defaulted via Setup / Company Profile / System Defaults / Main System Settings panel.
