Creating Team Commission Plans

On occasion, Brokerages have the requirement to create specific commission plans for Teams, where all members of a team will contribute to a single commission plan.

From the left sidebar, select Commissions and NEW icon.

Enter the new plan as required Commission Plans and expand the Additional Configuration panel and place check in field labeled “Team Plan”.

Additional Notes about Team Commission Plans:

  • The plan will be assigned to all members of the Team in the Agent Profile > Commission tab
  • The plan will calculate the commission using the Team Leaders’ Anniversary timelines
  • You also have the ability to generate one check in QuickBooks® for all affected Team Members if required
